So today is a super exciting day. I am officially in my second trimester today and we are closing on our house!! I can’t believe it I will be a home owner today eek!!!

House:
looks as though everything is going to work out wit the house. The previous owners agreed to fix everything on our request to remedy and we will be getting a post inspection on Monday. After that all we have to do is get the appraisal and close!! Yay we are going to own a house [...]
